1. The Guest can cancel his confirmed reservation electronically by writing about his intention by E-mail or by calling by phone. 2. If the reservation is cancelled 14 or less calendar days before the date of arrival, the standard prepayment of 30% of the total cost of the order will not be refunded, while the Parties agree that this amount is actually the cost incurred for accommodation in a guest house, hotel room. 4. In case of non-arrival, the Guest pays for the first day of the reservation. |
The rules were developed in accordance with the Law of the Russian Federation "On Consumer Protection", the Rules for the provision of hotel services in the Russian Federation, the Federal Law "On Protecting the Health of Citizens from Exposure to Ambient Tobacco Smoke and the Consequences of Tobacco Consumption" and laws that regulate the activities of the tourism market and the relationship between consumers and suppliers.
1.1 The concept of a recreation center "COMFORT" should be understood as the entire territory of the recreation center, the hotel building, guest houses, and other facilities that ensure its functioning.
1.2 The term Guest should be understood as a person who is located on the territory of the recreation center "COMFORT" and uses its services, including accommodation services.
1.3 The term Visitor should be understood as a person who is lawfully located on the territory of the recreation center "COMFORT", without accommodation services.
1.4 The term Rendered service should be understood as an action performed by employees of the recreation center "COMFORT" to fulfill their obligations.
1.5 The concept of Gross violation of the rules of residence on the territory of the recreation center "COMFORT" should be understood as a situation in which the behavior of a Guest prevents the Administration and staff from properly fulfilling their duties to ensure the rest of other Guests, or his actions offend the honor and dignity of the staff, Guests of the recreation center "COMFORT", and also violates these rules and the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
1.6 The term Contractor should be understood as the Limited liability Company "Waypoint" INN/KPP 5105015317/510501001, OGRN 1235100002279, category: "Two stars", providing accommodation and accommodation at the recreation center "COMFORT", located at: Murmansk region, Kola district, Verkhnetulomsky GP, Tulomskaya str., d . 19
1.7 In all matters not specified in these rules, the Administration of the recreation center "COMFORT" is guided by the legislation of the Russian Federation.

2.2 The booking request must specify:
2.3 The administrator of the recreation center "COMFORT", after receiving the Guest's request, confirms the request and issues an invoice-an agreement for payment for booking services.
2.4 Payment is possible to a bank account or in any other way in agreement with the Administration.
2.5 The reservation is considered valid from the moment the Guest receives a notification of booking confirmation by e-mail, phone call or fax containing information about the booking number, the name of the contractor, the Guest's full name, the category and price of the booked room, the terms of stay and booking conditions.
2.6 Guaranteed room reservation (with mandatory prepayment in the amount not less than the daily cost of accommodation) is reserved for the Guest until the estimated time of arrival of the day following the day of scheduled arrival. In case of late cancellation of the reservation, late arrival or non-arrival of the Guest, he or the Customer will be charged for the actual downtime of the room, but not more than a day. If you are more than a day late, the booking will be cancelled. Guaranteed reservations are made at least one business day before the scheduled arrival day.
2.7 In case of an unguaranteed reservation, the Hotel Administrator is obliged to contact the Guest by 14:00 on the day of arrival at the phone number indicated in the application and specify the time of arrival. If it is impossible to contact the Guest, the room reservation is saved until 18:00 on the day of arrival, after which the reservation is canceled.
2.8 The conditions for booking rooms for individual guests or tourist groups arriving on the basis of concluded Agreements between the hotel and travel agencies are stipulated in these Agreements. If such conditions are not stipulated in the Contract, the booking is carried out on a general basis.
2.9 Regardless of the actual time of arrival of the Guest, the estimated time of departure is 12:00.
3.0. The hotel has a daily form of payment for accommodation as
the initial minimum estimated amount to pay for hotel services, according to the estimated time of arrival from 14:00 (Moscow time) and the estimated time of departure until 12:00 (Moscow time).
3.1 Upon arrival of the Guest from 00:00 to 11:59, payment for accommodation is made at the daily cost.
3.2 In case of arrival of the Guest from 10:00 before the scheduled check-in time, and if
if there are available rooms, the hotel administration has the right not to charge for early check-in
check-in.
3.3 The fee for the cost of late check-out (from the established check-out time to 18:00) is charged in the amount of half of the cost of accommodation per day.
3.4 If the Guest leaves after 18:00, then 100% of the room rate per day is paid
(according to the selected tariff package).
3.5 Upon arrival at the hotel with a pet, accommodation is paid additionally according to the rules of accommodation at the hotel of the recreation center "Comfort" for travelers with pets.
3.6 At the request of the residents, only in agreement with the Administration, unauthorized persons are allowed on the territory of the recreation center "COMFORT" until 22:00.
3.7 In case of delay of visitors after 22:30, these persons undergo the check-in procedure and pay the cost of accommodation in the recreation center "COMFORT" according to the established price list.
3.8 The Administrator has the right to refuse to check in.
